Doyle Post 236 of the American Legion, presents a plaque of appreciation to Angie Todd, general manager, and Chris East, manager, of the Hardee’s restaurant in Draffenville. The restaurant has provided support to the Post 236 Honor Guard and Color Guard for several years and nominated the group for a cash award in 2017 in CKE Restaurants’ Stars for Heroes program. Hardee’s is one of a number of restaurants that offer discounts to military members and veterans.
