The First Annual Jail and Bail Event was held on the Court Square today to raise money for the Miracle League of Western Kentucky!
There were over 40 community members that were locked up and had to call friends and family to beg and plead for them to call or come to the court square and donate money to the Miracle League in order to help them get out of Jail! This was a fun filled day that allowed the Miracle League of Western Kentucky to raise $14,000!! In addition to the money raised to bail people out of jail, there were three vendors set up that donated a portion of the money they took in today to Miracle League as well: Chick’ncone of West Kentucky, Lunchbox on Wheels, and Kona Ice.
