The Calvert City Council will conduct a Special Call Meeting at 5:00pm, Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Calvert City – City Hall, Council room, 861 E. 5th Avenue, Calvert City, Kentucky.  The Agenda is as follows:

  1. II.Approval of the Minutes for:
    1. May 13, 2019 Regular Meeting
  1. III.Budget Workshop.
  1. IV.Consider revision to the personnel policy.
  1. V.Consider First Reading of an Ordinance (Ordinance 2019-xx) Amending (1st Amendment) the 2018-2019 Budget Ordinance (Ordinance No. 2018-07).
  1. VI.Consider First Reading of a Summary of an Ordinance (Ordinance 2019-0x) Adopting a Personnel and Pay Classification Plan and Establishing Compensation Rates for Elected Officials for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2019 and Ending on June 30, 2020.
  1. VII.Consider First Reading of an Ordinance (Ordinance 2019-0c) Adopting the City of Calvert City, Kentucky Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year July 01, 2019 through June 30, 2020 by Estimating Revenues and Resources and Appropriating Funds for the Operation of the City Government
