KSP Charges Caldwell Co. Man With Child Sexual Exploitation Offenses

Princeton, Ky. (May 21, 2019) — On May 21, 2019, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Stephen Crocker, 24, on charges related to child sexual exploitation.

Crocker was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect communicating with a juvenile online and the distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.

The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Princeton on May 21, 2019. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.

Crocker is currently charged with thirteen counts of distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor 1st offense and one count of prohibited use of electronic means to procure a minor. Each charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison. Crocker was lodged in the Caldwell County Detention Center.
