Brittany Heath of the Marshall County Parks Department, here pictured with WCBL’s Chris Freeland, joined us for a recent interview on Coffee Call. Heath says there are several events coming up at Mike Miller Park in Draffenville, including a dodge-ball tournament on Saturday, June 8. It’s just one of many fundraisers in the works to raise money for a Miracle League ball field so handicapped children and adults will have their own ball field in which to play.
