ALERT: Paving on KY 3075/Lydon Rd in McCracken County Today

A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans asphalt paving along a section of KY 3075/Lydon Road immediately near the Paducah Floodwall starting at 4 p.m., TODAY.

The contractor will be paving a section onf KY 3075/Lydon Road immediately at the Paducah Floodway near the intersection with KY 1954/Husbands Road.  This is just south of I-24 Paducah Exit 11.

This paving is to smooth a section of asphalt on the floodwall approach that became rough during work to alter the floodwall crossing as part of safety improvements at the KY 1954/Husbands Road and Clarkline Road intersection.

Motorists traveling KY 3075/Lydon Road should be alert for one lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers in this work zone.

Work at the site is expected to take about 2 hours to complete.
