Calvert City man arrested on multiple charges

On April 24th, 2019, at approximately 5:22am, a McCracken Sheriff’s Deputy observed a suspicious male sitting in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at the 6700 block of Benton Road. The male was identified as a resident of the complex. The male granted consent for a walk through of the apartment. While inside, Deputies
located 32-year-old Terry Foulks III, of Calvert City, KY, hiding in a bedroom closet. In the closet with Foulks, Deputies located a loaded handgun. Due to active warrants, Foulks provided deputies with a false name in order to avoid detection. Once placed under arrest for the warrants, methamphetamine and paraphernalia was located on his person.

Foulks was charged with theft of identity of another without consent, trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (greater than 2 grams methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia buy/posses, and possession of handgun by convicted felon. Foulks was also served with two warrants out of McCracken Circuit Court.

Also in the apartment, Deputies located 28-year-old Shea Hendrickson of Paducah, KY. Hendrickson was also placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant out of McCracken District Court.

Both subjects were lodged at McCracken Regional Jail. A picture of Foulks has been attached.
