Ruth Irene (Kallai) Castiello peacefully passed away April 7, 2019 at Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House in Murray, Kentucky, at the age of 53.
She was a member of the St. Leo’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by her children, Alexander, Benjamin and Julia; her spouse of 22 years, Alexander; her mother, Frances; her brother, George; and sisters, Lisa and Selina.
Ruth earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Florida, master’s in nursing at the University of South Florida, and most recently worked in Adult Cardiology at Vanderbilt University.
A private funeral mass will be held.
