Chrysta L Fulkerson 62, died on Saturday April 6 at her home in Metropolis, Ill.
She was a Licensed Practical Nurse by profession and a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Metropolis.
She is survived by her spouse Scott Fulkerson, her sister Beth Woodford and her brother Micheal McNeill
She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond McNeill and Onieda McNeill (Modgalin) and a son Weston Fulkerson.
Services will be held at a later date.
