Hickory, KY (January 4, 2019)- The Kentucky State Police and the Department for Community Based Services began a joint investigation into an alleged child abuse complaint on two juveniles in Ballard County. After an investigation, the case was presented to the Ballard County Grand Jury. The Grand Jury returned a true bill on Alicia E. Hardman, 25 of Wickliffe, KY for two counts of Criminal Abuse 1st degree child under 12 years of age, which is a Class “C” Felony. Hardman appeared in court on January 4, 2019 for her charges.
