Calvert City Lion’s Club hosted the 59th annual Calvert City Christmas Parade Saturday, Dec. 1. Grand Marshals of the “Small Town Christmas” Parade were Linda Timmons and Joy Couch, owners of the Basket Case Florist and Gift Shop. At 6:00 the parade made its way down 5th Avenue to the Civic Center where children were greeted by Santa Claus and those attending were served hot dogs, hot chocolate and popcorn.
