Marshall County Sheriff’s Office arrest report

On November 5th at 2:15pm, Deputy Mike Edwards served a Bench Warrant on Christopher C. Martin of Benton.

On November 7th, Deputy Steven Oakley was dispatched to Timber Bend Road in reference to a vehicle sitting in the road with a male sleeping in it. Deputy Oakley’s investigation resulted in the arrest of the man, Jacob R. Williams of Eddyville. Williams was charged with Driving on DUI Suspended License, Operating a Motor Vehicle U/Influence Alc/Drugs/Etc .08 -2nd Offense, No Registration Plates, and No Registration Receipt.

On November 8th, Sergeant Tim Reynolds served an Indictment Warrant on Robert K. Lima of Murray. The charges were Receiving Stolen Property $10,000 or More and Persistent Felony Offender II. Lima was served a second warrant for Calloway County. This was an indictment warrant for Flagrant Non Support.

On November 8th, Deputy Dennis Lewis served a Failure to Appear Bench Warrant on Adam M. Cloe of Wingo, KY. Cloe turned himself in.

On November 8th, Deputy Steven Oakley was on French Drive serving civil papers. While doing so he observed items of contraband that resulted in the arrest of the two women at the residence. Emily Peck of Benton was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense ( Methamphetamine ), and Tampering With Physical Evidence, Drug Paraphernalia – Buy / Poss. Heidi A. Wilson of Lexington was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense ( Methamphetamine ), Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Prescription / Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container 1st Offense, and Tampering With Physical Evidence.

On November 8th a joint investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky Probation and Parole resulted in the arrest of two. Deputy Chris Greenfield responded to assist Officers Wolford and Sorrells of Probation and Parole at a residence on Bill Hammel Lane. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Brittany N. May of Gilbertsville on charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense ( Methamphetamine ), Possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Possess. Christina Star Byrn of Paducah was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense ( Methamphetamine ), Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Illegal Possession of Legend Drug, Possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Possess.

On November 9th, Deputy Cory Curtner served a warrant on Mariah D. Reed of Benton. The warrant charges Reed with Violation of Conditions of Release.

On November 10th, Deputy Chris Greenfield served Adam Fields of Benton a Boone County Failure to Appear Warrant.

On November 10th, Deputy Luke Rudd served a complaint warrant on Jeremy Smith of Benton. The warrant stemmed from an investigation by Benton Police Captain Stephen Sanderson. The investigation revealed threats had been made by Smith to the Department of Community Based Services and their employees. Smith was charged with Intimidating a Participant in the Legal Process.

On November 11th, Deputy Nick Spears investigated another deer caused crash on Purchase Parkway / I 69 at the 51 Mile Marker. Austin Willoughby of Jeffersonville, KY was northbound when a deer ran into his path. He swerved to miss the deer and that started his trailer fishtailing. The truck ran off of the roadway into the median and struck a signpost and concrete barrier. There were slight injuries but all refused medical transport. Please be aware that deer on moving with the current temperatures and hunting season.

On November 13th, Deputy Steven Oakley was dispatched to Wadesboro Road North in reference to a woman sitting on the side of the road with no jacket or shoes. Upon arrival he observed that the woman was irate and not making any sense. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the woman, Stacy A. Evans of Paducah. She was charged with Tampering With Physical Evidence and Illegal Possession of Legend Drug.

On November 13th 8:08am, Deputy Jason Ivey responded to Fairdealing to investigate an injury crash. Donnie Siress of Benton was reported to have been travelling West on US 68 when he swerved to miss a deer. The Siress vehicle struck a culvert and overturned. Siress was transported by Marshall County EMS to Lourdes Hospital for his injuries.
