The Lady Marshals golf team placed first in Louisville at the Quail Chase Golf Course Butler Invitational Saturday with a team score of 325 picking up their sixth tournament win of the 2018 season. Second went to Pulaski County with 349.
Medalist honors went to Owensboro Catholic’s Emma Payne with 73. For the Lady Marshals, Halle Riley tied for second with 76, Savannah Howell tied for fifth with 81, Kenley Luksic shot 83, Megan Hertter 85 and Sydney Phillips 93.
The team will play a match Tuesday at Paducah Country Club against McCracken County then back to Paducah September 24th for the girl’s Regional Tournament.
