On July 10th, Deputy Barry Howell responded to Patriot Street in Gilbertsville in reference to an Assault complaint. As a result, Lori Jo Blades of Gilbertsville was arrested and charged with Assault 4th Degree.

On July 15th, Deputy Chris Greenfield observed a vehicle with only one headlight on Purchase Parkway. As a result of the stop and ensuing investigation, David Scott Bruner of Mayfield was charged with the following:
Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Ins.
One Headlight
No Registration Plates
No Registration Plate
Improper Registration Plate
Failure to Produce Insurance Card
Display of Illegal / Altered Registration Plates

Further check revealed a warrant for Bruner out of Graves County for Failure to Appear. The warrant was served and Bruner was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.

On July 15th, Deputy Chris Greenfield served a Failure to Appear Warrant on Taylor W. Smith of Hardin.

On July 13th, Deputy Chris Greenfield served two Failure to Appear Warrants from the Marshall District Court on Jackie Lee Johnson III of Hardin.

On July 14th, Deputies Luke Rudd and Barry Howell responded to Tubbs Road reference to a suspicious vehicle with a male and female inside. Upon arrival, they discovered that the male and female had been in some form of altercation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of both individuals. Joshua W. Wilson of Hardin was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle on Suspended or Revoked Operators License and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Further search at the Detention Center resulted in charges of Promoting Contraband 1st Degree and Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense Methamphetamine on Wilson. Taylor A. Dunaway of Calvert City was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine. Both were lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.

On July 16th, Deputy Luke Rudd served a Theft By Unlawful Taking warrant from Caldwell County. Joshua A. Mosley of Paducah was served the warrant initiated by Princeton Police.

On July 16th, Sergeant Jason Lane, with the assistance of Kentucky Probation and Parole Officers, served a bond revocation on a Marshall Circuit Court case. The revocation was served on James T. Harrell of Murray. He was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.

On July 17th at 1:30 am , Sergeant Tim Reynolds was dispatched to Watkins Street in Hardin in reference to a suspicious person. The caller stated that a woman was hiding behind bushes. Just prior to SGT. Reynolds arrival, the woman ran behind a church and hid. SGT. Reynolds was able to find the woman who gave a false name to him. SGT. Reynolds was able to confirm her true identity as Lori Blades of Gilbertsville and arrested her charging her with Giving Officer False Identifying Information.
