Marshall County Football held their annual K-5th grade elementary camp with sessions on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. Head Coach Evan Merrick said they had a great turnout at this year’s camp and all the kids had a great time.

“Several of our high school guys stepped up to help and that was huge in making it a success”, Merrick said. “Saturday we took all campers through fundamental stations of each position group in football. Monday and Tuesday we were indoors because of rain but were able to have our flag football tournament and on the last night had our camp competition and awards.”

Merrick said he looks forward to seeing many of the campers playing in the youth league this fall. This week also concludes the Marshals spring practice and marks another step closer to the 2018 season.
