The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict northbound traffic to one lane on U.S. Hwy. 641 near the Calloway-Marshall County Line starting Thursday, April 12, 2018.
This work zone lane restriction is to allow use of a long-reach track hoe to repair a washout, do some drainage work, and complete other repairs along the right of way.
This work zone will in place during the overnight hours Thursday night into Friday. The work zone will come down over the weekend to return during the day on Monday, April 16. All traffic will move to the left-hand or passing lane at this site.
Northbound motorists should be alert for slowing and merging traffic as they approach this work zone.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and other personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
