The following people were arrested by the Calvert City Police Department:
Daniel Scott Cunningham, 38, of 560 Evergreen Street, Calvert City was arrested on March 12, 2018 for DUI 1st offense. He was also charged with improper or no windshield.
Terry L. Duncan, 44, of 740 South Main Street, Calvert City was arrested on March 13, 2018 on a Henry County Tennessee Warrant for Class E Felony FTA. He was also charged with no tail lamps, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, no registration receipt, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense.
Joel W. Getz, 46, of 2767 State Route 810 North CLFS, Kuttawa was arrested on March 14, 2018 for DUI 1st offense. He was also charged with improper registration plate, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, and failure to wear seat belt.
Christian Matthew Davis, 47, of 213 Retirement Circle, Calvert City was arrested on March 17, 2018 for DUI 1st offense. He was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
