Why? by Paula Harrington

Why?

Don’t ask why because often there is no why. The search for why may even ruin you. It entices you into a false sense of security thinking that if you knew the reason why you would feel better and it would make sense. But you won’t and it wouldn’t. Instead ask what.

What can I do to help?

What can I say to make this easier for someone else?

What can I offer to make a difference?

What can I surround myself that will help me and others?

Why will leave you empty or angry. What has the power to make it better. And we all need better.
