CFSB promotes three in Marshall County market

Driver promoted to CFSB assistant vice president

Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Indirect Lending Team Leader Lisa Driver to Assistant Vice President. This promotion was
unanimously approved by President/CEO/Chair Betsy Flynn and the Community Financial Services Board of Directors. This move continues to ensure customer service and secure the future of CFSB.

Driver is a graduate of Sedalia High School. She also attended West Kentucky Community & Technical College and the Kentucky School of Banking. She began her
banking career in 1983, while coming to CFSB in July of 2012 as the Indirect Lending Team Leader. Driver’s duties include managing all functions of the Indirect Team, including business development, sales, underwriting, collections and asset liquidation.

“Lisa is an extremely hard working individual, which has allowed her to build a very large portfolio,” said Jason Jones, CFSB Marshall County market president. “We are all so happy to see her receive this promotion that she so deserves.”

Lisa serves as trustee and preschool teacher at Faith Center in Paducah. She also spends time volunteering for the Marshall County Family Resource Center, Marshall County Caring Needline and Ladies Living Free. Driver and husband Barry, live in West Paducah. They have one son, Adam. The Drivers enjoy traveling, music and gardening.

McGregor promoted to CFSB assistant vice president

Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Commercial Lender Wesley McGregor to assistant vice president. This promotion was unanimously
approved by President/CEO/Chair Betsy Flynn and the Community Financial Services Board of Directors. This move continues to ensure customer service and secure the future of CFSB.

McGregor graduated from Marshall County High School, a member of the class of 2005 and received his diploma from Murray State University in 2009. He began his career at CFSB in May of 2015 in the Commercial Lending Department at the Benton Banking Center. McGregor’s duties include management of a commercial loan portfolio and excellent client services.

“Wes brings tremendous knowledge and enthusiasm to our bank,” said Jason Jones, Marshall County market president. “His personality and client service skills are truly second to none.”

McGregor is a member of the Benton Kiwanis Club, Marshall County Chamber of Commerce and the Benton Church of Christ. Wesley and wife, Johna live in Benton with their daughter, Ella. They enjoy traveling, outdoor activities and spending with family and friends.

Iberg becomes CFSB corporate secretary

Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Risk Management Administrative Assistant Suzanne Iberg to corporate secretary. This
promotion was unanimously approved by President/CEO/Chair Betsy Flynn and the Community Financial Services Board of Directors. This move continues to ensure customer service and secure the future of CFSB.

Iberg, a graduate of Saint Teresa Academy High School in East St. Louis, Ill. She began her banking career at MidAmerica Bank & Trust Co. in Fairview Heights, Illinois in 1978. Following a 20-plus year absence from banking, she came to CFSB in September 2012 as the Chief Lending Administrative Assistant. Suzanne’s
duties include processing CFS, Inc. stock, maintaining corporate records, attending and taking minutes at Board of Directors as well as other various meetings, assisting Chief Executive Officer Betsy Flynn.

“Suzanne is always such a delight to be around,” said Jason Jones, Marshall County market president. “Her ‘can do’ attitude is contagious. CFSB proudly congratulates her on this promotion.”

Iberg serves as a children’s Sunday school teacher and choir member at First Baptist Church in Benton. Suzanne and husband Willie, live in Gilbertsville. They have two children. The Ibergs enjoy living in Marshall County, fishing, boating, singing, playing games and hosting family and friends at their Kentucky Lake home.
