Deputies respond to 432 calls for service, serve warrants

Marshall County Sheriff’s report, Dec. 4, 2017:

Deputy Luke Rudd at 4 p.m. Dec. 3 served a bench warrant out of Fayette County on Thomas Baxter of Lexington for failure to appear.

Sgt. Jason Lane at 12:02 a.m. Dec. 3 served arrest warrants on US 641 North. Kerrie Ann Lawson, 27, of Gilbertsville was arrested on a Graves County complaint warrant on charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking U/500 and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Lawson was also served a bench warrant for Failure to Appear from McCracken County.

Deputies Luke Rudd and Chris Greenfield at 6:41 p.m. Dec. 2 responded to Lecky Lane in reference to a disturbance. Jerry D. Harmon, 57, of Calvert City was arrested and charged with Assault 4th Degree, Resisting Arrest, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree, Terroristic Threatening.
