Murray-Calloway County Hospital (MCCH) has welcomed Jennifer Little, MSN, APRN, to Murray Cardiology to work alongside Dr. John Broadbent.
Jennifer has worked in various roles in her medical career, but she started as a Radiologic Technologist for over seven years after completing her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Indiana.
Little completed her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (APRN) from Vanderbilt University in 2016. She then went to work as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Four Rivers Internal Medicine in Paducah, Kentucky. She completed several internships including rotations at Murray Medical Associates and Murray Pediatrics.
“I am excited to be back at Murray Calloway County Hospital,” Little said. “It is a privilege to join Dr. Broadbent in caring for our patients. As a board certified nurse practitioner, I will be assisting in providing diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of heart and circulatory system conditions. I look forward to building a relationship with our current patients, as well as establishing with new patients.”
She will be caring for all general cardiology patients to establish diagnosis of cardiovascular ailment and formulate a plan of treatment, as well as assess the patient’s response to therapy.
Little resides in Hazel with her husband, Casey, her son, Karson (5 years), and her daughter, Logan (5 months). When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, anything outdoors, and horseback riding.
