Western Kentucky’s Community Bank, CFSB, proudly introduced its interactive teller machine branded as CFSB Live! at a ribbon-cutting ceremony. This new technology allows CFSB clients to complete multiple banking transactions at their convenience. The first of their kind in western Kentucky, CFSB Live! brings live bankers to a high-definition touch screen to assist clients with their transactions (if needed), from 7 a.m to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1-8 p.m. Sunday.
“We are committed to our clients,” CFSB CEO Betsy Flynn said. “How can we best serve them? Truly, I believe the answer is technology-based services that allow us to be open extra hours for our valued clients’ convenience. CFSB Live! offers 36 extra banking hours each week that you will be able to talk one-on-one with a CFSB team member. This is a really exciting time for our bank and our clients.”
CFSB Live! also offers clients a self-service option, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Current CFSB Live! locations include: next to the ATM lane at the Calvert City Banking Center, next to the Benton Banking Center on Ash Street, behind the Draffenville Banking Center and in the last drive-thru lanes at the Calloway County and McCracken County Banking Centers of CFSB. CFSB Live! will soon be operational at the construction site of the Mayfield/Graves County CFSB Banking Center at the intersection of U.S. Highway 45 and Kentucky Highway 121.
