On 3-27-17 at approximately 10:42pm, Deputy Josh Anderson responded to Fairview Street near Palma to serve a warrant on Ashley C. Ramey age 37 of Benton. During the time at the residence a quantity of what was identified as Oxycodone was found. The original warrant was for Theft By Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor warrant out of McCracken County. Ramey received an additional charge of Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree.
On March 27th at approximately 4:51pm, Deputy Chris Greenfield observed Shannon Blasdel age 47 of Paducah weaving and crossing the centerline. During the stop Deputy Greenfield found a bag of approximately 15 pills of Tizanidine Hydrochloride. Blasdel was charged with Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug.
On 3-27-17 at approximately 5:45 pm, Deputy Chris Greenfield was dispatched to a restaurant in Draffenville due to an intoxicated person. It was reported that the subject refused to leave and was causing problems. Deputy Greenfield arrested Jeffery Mulvihill age 37 of Gilbertsville and charged him with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.Mulvihill was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
