On March 25th at approximately 7:10pm, Deputy Chris Greenfield was dispatched to Hardin to observe for a possibly intoxicated driver. Deputy Greenfield observed the vehicle described in the area of Hilldale Apartments. The driver, Chelsea N. Doughty age 27 of Benton was arrested and charged with the following:
Operating Motor Vehicle U/Inflence ALC/Drugs/Etc .08 1st Offense, Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Poss, Poss of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, No Operators License and lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
On March 24th at approximately 5:35pm, Deputy Chris Greenfield was in Draffenville and observed a vehicle being operated by a driver with a suspended operators license. Deputy Greenfield conducted a traffic stop and as a result of the ensuing investigation and field sobriety tests, the driver was arrested. Jesse Mullins age 34 of Benton was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle U/Influence ALC/Drugs/Etc .08 – 1st Offense, Possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Poss. He was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
