DRAFFENVILLE – At halftime of the Marshall County Homecoming game against Christian County Friday, the 42nd annual crowning of the football homecoming queen took place. Candidates were selected by the student body and football team.

Freshman attendants; Laney Hoskins escorted by senior Isaac Bayer and Gracie Ray escorted by senior Quinn Eaton.

Sophomore attendants; Lindy Kings escorted by senior Houston Harvey and Sydney Smith escorted by Cody Hicks.

Junior attendants; Kylee Alonso escorted by senior Garrett Howell and Jessica Wilcox escorted by Cameron Ives.

Senior candidates; Claire Edwards escorted by Daniel Lepore, Kylee Frizzell escorted by Samyuth Pinnegar, Karly King escorted by Drew Putteet, Holley Odom escorted by Skyler Sharp and Shannon Powell escorted by Travis Tack.

The 2016 Homecoming Queen was crowned by 2015 Homecoming Queen Sydney Smothers, escorted by Keagen Watkins.
