SHEPHERDSVILLE – Saturday at Heritage Hill Golf Club, the Lady Marshals shot 355 to place 3rd in the 2016 Schmidt Funeral Home Bluegrass Invitational. The team from Sacred Heart took 1st with 315 followed by Madison Central in second with 347.
Hallie Riley led the Lady Marshals with 77, good for 6th place overall. Savannah Howell shot 86, Megan Hertter 94 and Kennadi Spraggs 98 to make up the team score. Sydney Phillips shot 109 and playing as an individual, Karissa Jordan shot 97.
The girl’s and boy’s teams will host the Marshall County Invitational on Saturday at Calvert City County Club starting at 12 noon.
