Mr. Johnny L. Booker, age 57, of Hardin, KY passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. Born Saturday, May 9, 1959 in Benton, KY, he was a member of Unity Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Booker is survived by his sisters, Sherry Willoughby and her husband Larry of Hardin, KY, Tenia Ellis and her husband Donald of Hardin, KY, Diane Richardson and her husband James of Louisville, KY, Lynette Gandy of Hardin, KY and Sheila Miller and her husband Scott of Orangeburg, SC.
Mr. Booker was preceded in death by brothers, James Booker and Jerry Booker, sisters, Lugene Bogard, Anna Mae Booker and Linda Booker. His parents were the late John and Lois Mathis Booker.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday July 22, 2016 in the chapel of Collier Funeral Home with Rev. James Lawson officiating. Burial will follow in Unity Cemetery.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Thursday July 21, 2016 at Collier Funeral Home 211 West 5th St, Benton, KY 42025.
