After seven years as a boy’s basketball assistant coach at Marshall County, Brandon Fisher is leaving to become head coach of the Webster County Lady Trojans. Fisher replaces Parker McCalister who coached the Lady Trojans three of the last four seasons and resigned on June 9th.
Webster County’s girls finished last season 22-10 and graduated just one player. They play in District 6 of Region 2 and played the Lady Marshals this past season winning 36-29. The Lady Trojans lost by one point to Henderson in the Region 2 Championship game last season.
