(Paducah, KY)- Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Vice President Randell Blackburn to McCracken County Market President.  The promotion was unanimously approved by CFSB President/CEO Betsy Flynn and the Community Financial Services Board of Directors. This move continues the organization’s quest to ensure customer service and secure the future of CFSB.

                Randell Blackburn graduated from Paducah Tilghman High School and Paducah Community College.  He began his banking career in 1963, coming to CFSB in 2003 as a Commercial Loan Officer.  He will continue those duties along with overseeing CFSB’s growth in McCracken County.  Randell will also be joining CFSB’s Executive Committee.

                Blackburn’s financial education includes an American Bankers Association degree, and he also graduated from the National School of Commercial Lending at the University of Oklahoma-Norman.  Randell is involved with many civic organizations including the Paducah Symphony and the River Heritage Museum.  He and his wife of 47 years, Wanda, attend Lone Oak church of Christ.  They have two daughters, Christy Blackburn of Paducah and Kelly Blackburn Hoskins of Paducah.  The Blackburns are also proud grandparents of Carly and Delaney Hoskins.

CFSB Promotes Mathis to Vice President

(Paducah, KY)-Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Assistant Vice President Angela Mathis to Vice President/McCracken County Banking Center Senior Mortgage Lender. The promotion was unanimously approved by CFSB President/CEO Betsy Flynn and the Community Financial Services Board of Directors. This move continues the organization’s quest to ensure customer service and secure the future of CFSB.

                Angela is a graduate of Heath High School and attended Paducah Community College.  Her financial education includes the Kentucky Bankers Association Essentials of Banking School.  Mathis is a member of the BNI Impact Chapter of Paducah, River City Business and Professional Women and a graduate Leadership Paducah Class 28 from the Paducah Chamber of Commerce.  She and her husband Terry reside in Paducah with their children MacLaine and Maylee and step-daughter Destiny.  They attend Community Life Church in Paducah.

(Paducah, KY)-Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Assistant Vice President G. Todd Myers to Vice President of CFSB. This promotion was unanimously approved by President/CEO/Chair Betsy Flynn and Community Financial Services Board of Directors.  This move continues the organization’s quest to ensure customer service and secure the future of CFSB.  He began his career at CFSB in October of 2012.  Myers, a commercial loan officer for the CFSB.

Todd is a graduate of Murray State University, class of 2005.  Myers has 13 years of banking experience and is enrolled as a Freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Madison  Graduate School of Banking.  Myers also serves on the finance committee of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce.  He was nominated in 2015 as one of the Top 10 Young Leaders of Western Kentucky.

CFSB Promotes Ybarzabal to Vice President

(Paducah, KY)-Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Assistant Vice President Susan *Ybarzabal to Vice President/McCracken County Park Avenue Banking Center Team Leader. Ybarzabal has 20 years of service in the banking industry. The promotion was unanimously approved by CFSB President/CEO Betsy Flynn and the Community Financial Services Board of Directors. This move continues the organization’s quest to ensure customer service and secure the future of CFSB.

Susan will be leading the Business Development, Teller and Operations teams at the CFSB McCracken County Banking Center.  Ybarzabal is a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and Louisiana State University.  She and her husband Steve reside in Paducah with their children Madelyn and Zach.

CFSB Promotes Pittman to Calloway Market President

(Murray, KY)-Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Calloway County Banking Center Team Leader/Senior Vice President Sammy Jason Pittman to Calloway County Market President. The promotion was unanimously approved by CFSB President/CEO Betsy Flynn and the Community Financial Services Board of Directors. This move continues the organization’s quest to ensure customer service and secure the future of CFSB.

Pittman graduated from Calloway County High School a member of the Class of 1998 and from Murray State University in 2003 with a degree in government law and international affairs.  He began his career at CFSB in December of 2008 as the Calloway County Banking Center Manager after previously being employed as Director of CFSB Center at Murray State University, supervising over 30 employees.  In addition to his responsibilities as Banking Center Team Leader, Pittman is also a commercial loan officer. He will continue those duties along with overseeing CFSB’s growth in Calloway County.

Jason and his wife Amanda live in downtown Murray, where he has served six terms on the city council and is mayor Pro tem.  He has served on the finance, public safety, as well as long range planning committees and on the Murray Electric Board.  Jason also served as immediate Past President of the MSU Alumni association and Lions’ Club Past President. He is currently active in volunteering Junior Achievement of West Kentucky, Director of MSU Alumni Corporation of Sigma Phi Epsilon and the Economic Restructuring Committee for Murray Main Street. His financial education includes a diploma from the Kentucky Bankers Association’s General Banking School, Class of 2011 and he is a 2014 graduate from Barret School of Banking in Memphis, Tennessee.

CFSB Promotes Hendrick to Assistant Vice President

(Murray, KY)-Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Calloway County Banking Center Loan Officer Justin Hendrick to Assistant Vice President.  The promotion was unanimously approved by CFSB President/CEO Betsy Flynn and the Community Financial Services Board of Directors. This move continues the organization’s quest to ensure customer service and secure the future of CFSB.

Hendrick is a graduate of Calloway County High School and Murray State University with Bachelor of Science in Finance.  Justin’s financial education includes the Kentucky Bankers Association Essentials of Banking School and he is a candidate for graduation in 2017 from the Barret School of Banking in Memphis, Tennessee.  He will continue to serve our valued customers as a loan officer.

Justin is very active in our community.  He is a member of the board of directors for the United Way of Murray-Calloway County, Head Coach of Eighth Grade Lady Lakers Basketball team at Calloway County Middle School and a Junior Achievement Volunteer.  Hendrick and his wife Chelsea live in Almo with their two children Kamden and Kallen.  They attend Glendale Road Church of Christ.

CFSB Promotes Cloninger to BSA Officer

(Benton, KY)- Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Jennifer Cloninger was promoted to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer. The promotion was unanimously approved by CFSB President/CEO Betsy Flynn and the Community Financial Services Board of Directors. This move continues the organization’s quest to ensure customer service and secure the future of CFSB.

Cloninger’s responsibilities include the coordination, development, implementation and administration of all aspects of CFSB’s BSA Compliance Program. This position monitors compliance with the state and federal Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Office of Foreign Assets Control laws and regulations.  Jennifer and her husband Steve live in Dexter with children Hunter Eaves and Kinsley Cloninger.  They attend Hardin Baptist Church.
