Mr. Gary Wayne Rich, age 57 of Benton, KY passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016, at his home. Born Monday, September 15, 1958 in Detroit, MI, he was the son of the late Harvey Rich and the late Jacquline (Brewer) Rich. Gary was a Tree Climber with Townsend Tree Service and Vegetation Management. Surviving are his sister, Jeanie McInerey of Lake City, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents, by two brothers, Allen Covington and Gregory Rich, two sisters, Jennifer Covington and Sandra Rich. Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th St., Benton, KY have been entrusted with Gary's arrangements. A private family service will be held. No public visitation or services are scheduled.
