Cody Clark signs with Rend Lake College to play baseball

DRAFFENVILLE – Marshall County High School senior catcher Cody Clark, signed on Thursday to continue his baseball career at Rend Lake Community College, a member of the NJCAA.

“Cody has had an outstanding career at MCHS”, Head Coach Mike Johnson said. “He was all-district player as a junior and has continued to perform at a high level this year being among the team leaders in hits, home runs and RBI’s. With his size and power, he has a lot of upside that college coaches like. He will only get better in college.”

“I am excited about the opportunity to play college baseball”, Cody said. “I can’t wait to get to Rend Lake and start working on getting better on the baseball field and working towards my degree.”
