Each month the principal of Benton Middle School selects a student for the Academically Above and Beyond award. This student not only exhibits high academic achievement but also is involved in several extra curricular activities. The selected student models the schools mission of Extreme Character, Achievement, and Pride. The April winner was Sydney Temple.
