PADUCAH – Monday at McCracken County, the Lady Marshals lost 10-0 to the #1 ranked Lady Mustangs in five innings. McCracken’s 8-run 2nd inning was the knock-out blow early that began with an RBI single by Maddie Wooten followed by 7 runs scored on 2 outs on an error, double by Bailey Vick and two walks that loaded the bases. Vick stole home, Abby Shoulders, Laken Nesby and Kalli Harris scored on an error and an RBI double by Kaylyn Telfair put the Lady Mustangs up 9-0.
Their final run of the game came on a home plate steal by Vick in the 3rd inning for the win on 5 hits. The Lady Marshals only hit off of pitcher Hannah Ridolfi came from Abby Fiessinger in the 1st inning on 2 outs.
The 19-1 Lady Mustangs have out-scored their opponents so far this season 197-37.

The Lady Marshals beat Paducah Tilghman Tuesday 14-4 in 5 innings on 15 hits. Led by Fiessinger’s 3-run double, the Lady Marshals scored 9 runs in the 4th inning on an RBI double by Kenslie Cross, a couple of Lady Tornado errors, singles by Lexee Miller and Bailey Murphy, double by Fiessinger and Cross’ second RBI single to go up 14-1.
Tilghman’s Katie Woodruff’s RBI single scored 2 runs in the 4th inning then she capped it off by stealing home to end their 3-run inning, just short of cutting into the Lady Marshals 10-run lead. Tilghman had 10 hits in the game but 6 costly errors in the loss.
