A two-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Marshall County left one person injured.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, the collision happened around 7:40 am on US 62 in Possum Trot. Deputies said both vehicles were west bound on US 62.
A third vehicle slowed to make a turn into Warnick Road. A vehicle driven by 19-year-old Sarah E. Hall of Grand Rivers was unable to stop and struck another vehicle driven by 47-year-old Melody Irvan of Calvert City in the rear.
Irvan was transported by private vehicle to a local hospital for treatment of her injuries. She was cited for failure to maintain insurance.
