Grace Maxine Givens, age 82, of Benton, KY, died Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at Marshall Co. Hospital in Benton, KY. Mrs. Givens was retired from Fisher Price Toys and was a member of Ferguson Spring Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Roe Deweese and the late Asbury (Hampton) Deweese. She was also preceded in death by one brother: Lindol Deweese; and three sisters: Treva Henninger Cooper, Virginia Bratcher, and Bernice Deweese. She is survived by two sons: Harold Givens of Paducah, KY and Michael Givens of Benton, KY; one sister: Betty Dane of Owensboro, KY; one grandson: Dylan Givens of Paducah, KY; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home in Benton, KY. Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM Friday, January 22, 2016 at the Collier Funeral Home in Benton, KY and between the hours of 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM Saturday, January 23, 2016 at the Jones Funeral Chapel in Morgantown, KY. Funeral service will be at Jones Funeral Chapel at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 23, 2016, with Rev. Ricky Cunningham officiating. Interment will be at Morgan Smith Cemetery in Morgantown, KY.
