On November 28th at approximately 9:12pm, Deputy Dan Melone was dispatched to Griggstown Road in reference to a traffic accident. Upon arrival, Deputy Melone found a vehicle had run into a ditch and identified the driver as Deborah Brannon age 53 of Ledbetter. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Brannon for Driving Under the Influence.
Marshall County Deputies answered 185 calls for service during the holiday week. This includes 18 traffic crashes, 29 traffic stops, 12 warrant / civil served, 6 follow up investigations, 5 burglary / thefts, 14 fights/ disturbances. and 2 animal complaints.
