The City of Benton is happy to announce that starting immediately, and free of charge, they will begin using REACH Alert to send you timely information about alerts and/or events for the City, Benton Water & Sewer and Benton Gas System.
As a user of REACH Alert, you will be able to choose how you receive messages, such as: email, voice call or text.
You can add up to four email addresses and/or phone numbers to receive messages.
Update your contact information at any time.
To register, log-on to www.reachalert.com, click ‘Create an account’ and choose network name ‘City of Benton.’ After that, you will choose either ‘Resident’ or ‘Business.’ followed by your address.
If you opted to receive text alerts, REACH Alert will send you a verification text that you will need to validate with a 4-digit code.
