Fara K. Callis, 38, of 624 South Main Street, Apartment B, Calvert City was arrested on August 28, 2015 by Officer Mike Canon for DUI 1st offense. She was also charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia, wanton endangerment 2nd degree, no registration plates, no registration receipt, and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st offense.
