library-fallgardenBENTON – The Marshall County Public Library will be hosting a free workshop on fall landscaping on Wednesday, August 19, at their @Benton branch from 11 am – 1 pm.

“In the past we have had sessions on landscaping and gardening in the spring, and those have always had really great turnouts. This time we decided on focusing on what homeowners and gardeners need to be doing in the fall months to get their lawn and garden in shape for the coming winter months and next year’s growing season,” says Ginger Russell, Adult Services Librarian.

The program is part of the library’s Lunch & Learn series, which allows working adults to come and go during the course of the program as their schedule allows. A panel of experts will be on hand to discuss the topic and answer any questions audience members may have. Lunch will be provided.
