Marshall County Sheriff’s Report – May 22

On May 21st at approximately 10:56 p.m., Deputy Nathan Maxlow and SGT Samantha Mighell responded to a disturbance at Ken Bar Inn.

While the officers were enroute to the location, Dispatch received information that those causing the disturbance might be at an address on Gate Road in Draffenville. As a result of the investigation, Matthew Moss age 24 of Benton was arrested and charged with Harassing Communications. He was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.

 

Drug Arrest
On May 22nd at approximately 1:12 a.m., Deputy Nathan Maxlow was dispatched to Howards Grove Road in order to assist Calvert City Police with an investigation. Upon arrival, Deputy Maxlow made contact with Alison C. McDowell age 21 of Calvert City.

She allowed Deputy Maxlow to search the residence and as a result of the items found McDowell was charged with the following: Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree – Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Synthetic Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Possess. She was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
